These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 777rs ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your use of the 777rs website available at 777rs.ws and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, slots, and payment facilities. By accessing, registering on, or using the 777rs platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 777rs platform.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:
By registering an Account on 777rs, by depositing funds, or by placing a bet or playing any game on the Platform, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of this Agreement, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
This Agreement supersedes any prior representations, warranties, or agreements between you and 777rs, whether oral or written, relating to your use of the Platform. The Company reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Notice of material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or via an on-Platform notification. Continued use of the Platform following notification of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
To be eligible to register and use the 777rs Platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times during your use of the Platform:
Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on the 777rs Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
When registering your Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update any information that changes after registration. 777rs accepts no liability for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account details.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify 777rs immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. 777rs will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your Account credentials where such loss results from your failure to maintain credential security.
777rs reserves the right to refuse a registration application or to close an existing Account at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably suspects that the information provided by a Player is inaccurate, fraudulent, or incomplete.
777rs accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and Raast. The minimum deposit amount and any applicable processing times are set out in the 777rs cashier section and may be amended from time to time without prior notice.
All funds deposited into your 777rs Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are prohibited. 777rs reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming that a payment method belongs to the registered Account holder prior to processing any transaction.
Deposits are made for the sole purpose of funding gambling activity on the 777rs Platform. 777rs is not a financial institution and your Account balance does not accrue interest. The Company reserves the right to decline, reverse, or hold any deposit that it reasonably believes may be connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of this Agreement.
Players may request a withdrawal of their real-money Account balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the availability of that payment method for withdrawals.
Prior to processing any withdrawal request, 777rs requires all Players to complete the KYC identity verification process. KYC documentation required includes, but is not limited to:
777rs aims to process verified withdrawal requests within 1 to 4 hours during normal operating conditions. However, the Company accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or exceptional circumstances. Withdrawal requests submitted during peak periods or that require additional verification may take longer to process.

Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all 777rs promotional offers:
All bets placed on the 777rs Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — casino games, live dealer tables, or sports betting markets. These rules are accessible within the Platform and form part of this Agreement.
A bet is considered accepted and binding when it has been confirmed by the 777rs system and a bet reference number has been issued. 777rs reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted as a result of a technical error, manifest pricing error, or system malfunction. In the event of a void, the stake will be returned to the Player's Account.
With respect to sports betting, 777rs reserves the right to limit or restrict bet sizes on any market at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where it suspects match manipulation, unusual betting patterns, or where market liquidity constraints apply. 777rs's decision on the settlement of all bets is final, subject to any applicable dispute resolution process.
All casino games on the 777rs Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to determine game outcomes. The integrity and fairness of all game outcomes are subject to regular independent auditing by the relevant certification authority under 777rs's international gaming licence.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777rs Platform and constitute a material breach of this Agreement:
777rs reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account found to have engaged in any of the above activities, to forfeit all balances held in such Accounts, and to pursue civil or criminal remedies as appropriate under Applicable Law.
All content on the 777rs Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, game software, data compilations, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the property of 777rs or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gambling activity. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 777rs.
777rs collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
777rs implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. However, you acknowledge that no method of electronic transmission or storage is entirely secure, and 777rs cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, 777rs and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 777rs makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. 777rs does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any information on the Platform, including sports betting odds and game information.
In no event shall 777rs's total aggregate liability to you exceed the value of the funds held in your Account at the time the relevant claim arose.
777rs reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time and without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached any provision of this Agreement, or if it is required to do so by a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting 777rs support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
Upon termination of your Account for any reason, the following provisions of this Agreement shall survive: Sections 9 (Prohibited Conduct), 10 (Intellectual Property), 13 (Limitation of Liability), and 15 (Governing Law).
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777rs holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved informally by contacting 777rs support shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.
Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to contact 777rs at [email protected] and allow the Company a period of thirty (30) days to resolve the matter in good faith. Many disputes can be resolved quickly and informally through direct communication with our support team.
777rs reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly. Where changes are material, 777rs will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players via their registered email address or via an on-Platform notification banner.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure as set out in Section 14.
